I've been going to Nunzio's for a while now. Went again last night and took my old high school buddy, who had never been before. She loved it. Nunzio's is like a warm hug and catching up with good friends and family you don't see as much as you'd like to combined. It's both familiar and comforting. The food is fabulous, the service excellent. I recommend this gem to everyone I can. Make sure to get the Carnarvon scallops, gnocchi and their knockout Tiramisu. Grazie mille, Nunzio!

Had a fantastic experience at this resturant. The waiters were very attentive, the food was delicious. They were very accommodating for our little one, and suggested the entrees for him to eat. The octopus Martini was delicious, as was all of the food. Would definitely recommend the espresso bruele for a sweet coffee dessert.

Had a wonderful evening at Nunzios for my birthday. The service was attentive and friendly and our waitress was very knowledgeable about food and wine. We were offered additional courses to enhance our experience which we really enjoyed. The duck ravioli which we had as a second entree was divine. When we ordered deserts I had a plate with Happy Birthday and a candle and they sang to me. A little bit of a shock but also a pleasant surprise. You could tell that they were very dedicated to seeing we enjoyed ourselves. The table cloths and napkins were a nice classic touch too and the noise was low enough to allow for conversation. My parents enjoyed the songs playing it was very nostalgic for them. Over all it was an amazing experience I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I’ll definitely go back. Thanks

Wowzer. I can't recommend this beautiful restaurant anymore. The moment we walked through the door till we left was amazing. Smiling welcoming waitress walked us to our table and it got better. We had some absolutely beautiful wines and then the food came out. Outstanding the bread roll was warm are fresh. The scallops were melt in the mouth. The meat balls had such amazing flavour yet so soft and tender. The chicken was soft and jucy and the gnochi was divine. Then the best to last the sweet list came out. Ooooh lord I was in heavy Espresso creme Brulee was the best I have ever had. We were served by the most absolutely amazing man who was full of soooo much information. It was such a amazing night. Old fashioned customer service with beautiful perfect food and wine.

A late and impromptu lunch in Freo turned out to be a gastronomical delight. Must try the duck ravioli with orange dusting, the ragu, the squid ink spag and the cafe brûlée. Don Gumina was a lovely host and great some, 2017 Brunello was an awesome pairing to the flavours at the table. Hope to head back soon.

Ciao. At having to cancel our holiday to Italy, that Wednesday evening by way of some compensation, a real Italian meal is what we wanted. Nunzio’s is a lovely warm inviting venue with rooms to suit most dining styles, tablecloths a real treat with good lighting to immerse ourselves. The menu so tantalising we opted to share throughout to embrace the various taste sensations ahead. Meatballs were fantastic moist and flavoursome, not a normal choice but glad we did, the cuttlefish delicate and yummy, the octopus delicious supported with soft cubed tasty potato. We had the duck ravioli to be different, with the caramelised orange grated at the table, exquisite. The Tiramisu to finish was like none experienced before, and probably not likely to find elsewhere, it was delicious. The wine suggestions complimented our meal. Prices were a little higher than normal for our budget but we were well rewarded! Our evening was a big beautiful picture. Nunzio’s team were attentive, happy and friendly and we enjoyed Nunzio’s personal time with us. Grazie Mille, Bravo and alla prossima volta

Beautiful restaurant with authentic Italian food and fresh made pasta. Service was perfect. Elegant restaurant that manages to also remain relaxed and non-pretencious. We will we back. My only comment for consideration - I cannot consume alcohol or caffeine and the dessert menu items mostly contain these. Still 10/10. Thank you.

We had an amazing 3rd anniversary celebration here yesterday and the food and service were amazing. I had the fish wings and my husband had the duck ravioli. We both enjoyed it very much and the staff surprised with the limoncello. Thank you so much for making our celebration special.
